Make the most of last days of what feels like summer evenings still.
Pop your favourite Manuka Doctor honey into this delicious, quick, and easy iced tea recipe- sure to add an invigorating dose of goodness to a fresh hydrating beverage and have set ready for when friends get together!
Ingredients:
🔸 6 black or green or fruit tea bags
🔸 1/3 cup Manuka Doctor Manuka honey
🔸 4 cups water {boiling}
🔸 4 cups water {cold}
Bring 4 cups of water to a near boil.
Add tea bags and cover the pan. Remove from heat, and let steep for 15 minutes.
Remove tea bags, pour into a pitcher, add Manuka Doctor Manuka Honey (any MGO rating works so whatever you haave in your pantry) and stir. Once cool, add 4 cups of cold water and place in the fridge.
Serve over ice, with a touch of orange, mint or star anise and cinnamon spice the rim of the glass to add a touch of fancy!
You could even turn into a mocktail and serve it in a tumbler or wine glass.Â
