Granola Bar Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4cup roughly chopped nuts of any kind
- 1/2cup Manuka Doctor honey
- 1/3cup creamy peanut butter
- 2teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and coat with nonstick spray
- Spread out oats, nuts, and seeds of any kind on a rimmed ungreased baking sheet
- Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, stirring halfway through
- Reduce the oven to 300 degrees when done
- While everything is in the oven, heat the Manuka Doctor honey and peanut butter together in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until well combined and smooth (about a minute).
- Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix the oats with the Manuka honey mixture with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- If you are adding mini chocolate chips let mixture cool for at least 5 minutes before adding
- Scoop the mixture into a prepared square baking dish and flatten as best you can.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, the longer you bake the crunchier.
- Let cool completely until cutting into bars.
